Has anyone experienced an issue with Workflows where a Send Email action is triggered upon field changed (ie Old Record Field 1 is not equal to New Record Field 1). But the email isn't triggered or sent when Field 1 is edited using inline edit of a saved search? The WF logs and history are turned on but they don't even show the action was considered and ignored...just didn't even attempt it??
