I know there are a lot of data visualizaton tools out there to make good reports, but need a way to enter and manipulate multiple budgets and create forecasts as well

Not adaptive planning. if you have any "customizations " in terms of customer segments etc then you end up loading data manually... and their data cubes are base on SQL formulas so you do an update to a name and everything breaks
