Hey Chat Family! I'm wondering if anyone has the NS Bill Capture feature (released late last year)? My client is looking for something exactly like this so they don't have to create them one by one. Obviously a csv template can do that as well but has any used an other app or bundle that is 'relatively' inexpensive that can do what Bill Capture is doing? Trying to gauge some out of the box solutions for this. Thanks for the suggestion!

Well the whole point is receiving the physical invoice or PDF and scanning it, so a CSV template isn't going to do that, really, unless I'm misunderstanding what you're asking or your client really wants. We use Concur and they have a bill capture solution that we utilize. A lot of the other invoice management/AP automation solutions have this as well. Zone & Co. and Tipalti come to mind, but there's a bunch of 'em out there. I inquired with NetSuite about switching from Concur and they basically told me not to bother since we were too complex for what they currently had, even though I think we're a relatively simple use case, so my takeaway was that they rolled out the absolute bare-bones requirements and are still a few years away from being ready for prime-time.

If you are UK/Europe based look at Kefron, its external to NS but works really well.
