Hey guys, anybody know how can we remove the option under create new for all the users? Using personalize we can remove it for that user only but is there any way we can remove it for all. I tried check form and custom record level stuff but didn't find anything.

Where I work we remove the option at the form level. Just uncheck which records you can make with that action menu

well the thing is we have that record at our sublist we do want that record to show up in sublist if we remove the record from custom form then that will also get removed from the sublist.
