Hi Everyone, I’d like to ask for help on Fulfillment in WMS mobile app, I was able to pick the orders in WMS mobile app but I could not see those picked orders in Ship Central > Packing. Please let me know if I need to create any rules to see the picked orders in packing in Ship Central. Thank you in advance.

Do you have a carrier service in WMS setup. Also if you do not have the shipping label integration enabled it must be ticked quick ship. Then on shipping item ref the carrier service. Then Make sure to select shipping method/ship item on SO shipping tab.

Is the carrier service in WMS setup different from the Carrier Registration under Setup > Accounting > Set Up Shipping?

Thank you @MGBC, from your link, I tried to follow the NetSuite Ship Central Setup from the previous step and I saw the SHIPPING PARTNERS was not checked under Setup > Company > Enable Features> Transactions, therefore I enabled it and continued until this step. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_1111025719.html#subsect_86105915253
I went to go to Ship Central Setup > ShipEngine Integration > Manage Integration & Carriers and the Encryption Key Entry page appeared, I entered a key and clicked on Save button, then the Manage ShipEngine Integration screen displayed, I clicked on 'Create ShipEngine Account' button and the error displayed 'an account with ExternalAccountId xxxxxxx_SB1 already exists.'

Currently, I am still setting this up in the Sandbox. How can I have an integrated account with ShipEngine in the Sandbox?
Is it possible to create a ShipEngine Account in the Sandbox?

Ship Engine does not offer a 'Sandbox' connection for NetSuite unfortunately. Your only option here is to create an actual account, load a credit card, and then do your testing and then request a refund after you go live. You can only use the email to setup an account one time, so I recommend updating your Company Details (it's a custom record for PackShip specifically) to a different Email and Name than the one you plan to use in Production.

Hi @Jacob Jackson: thank you for your comment. Could you please let me know you mentioned creating an actual account, this actual account is not created from Manage ShipEngine Integration?
Is it created from a external website?

Ship Engine is an external website that you can create an account for but per NS documentation if you create an account externally it cannot be linked with Netsuite. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_1111034346.html

Thank you @MGBC, I did follow this NetSuite documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_1111034346.html) and I got stuck at this step. I attached the screenshot of the error from the beginning of this thread. As the documentation, I don't where to check if the ShipEngine account is existing as the error mentions.

Yes, I also tried to replace api key but it asked me to create a ShipEngine account first. That's so weird.
I was able to create a ShipEngine account. Few things we need to notice: - The email and the company id in PackShip - Company Details cannot use the ones we used to create the encryption key. In the SB, we can enter a fake email in COMPANY EMAIL, and add some character to the COMPANY ACCOUNT ID. - An encryption key must have 16 characters. You can include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. (I think the first time I created the encryption key, I entered more than 16 characters, because after that I saw an error message something about null, but it disappears really quick so I could not capture that screen) * If we cannot create a ShipEngine, try to delete the encrytion key in this page PackShip - Shipping API Key, update the PackShip - Company Details and at this time, when we go to the Manage ShipEngine Integration page, the Encription Key page will appear.
