Can anyone tell me how to do a query of messages objects? When I try via Boomi I get a null result no matter what criteria I use.

Sorry, the Salesforce team calls records objects

We have a Boomi integration to pull message records from NetSuite and put them into Salesforce

We can get individual messages from the get endpoint, but no query available. NetSuite just gives an empty response

i looked into this a while ago, and if my memroy serves me correctly, only admin level user can query message objects

if we are referring to messages that are under customer/communication/messages.

hmm.. it might have been user notes I looked into.

can't recall now. anyway something you can check is if you can query as Admin user
