I found a really weird seemingly one-off issue that I’m filing a defect for tomorrow… The

nexttransactionlinelink

table links 3 of 4 lines from the

salesorder

to the

invoice

. (Same with

previoustransactionlinelink

) The missing line is on the sales order, revenue arrangements, and the invoice, and the invoice was created from the SO... Has anyone else come across this in their lifetime? I will be flummoxed if NS tells me this is an enhancement… 😄

Is it possible that someone created the invoice, removed an item line, then re-added it manually?

so how would you handle when a script breaks like this due to human error

@Sim Greenbaum Find the exceptions and report them separately… And, tell them what happens when they do that, and how to do it correctly … In this case, they would close the line on the order, and create a new line for the correct item, then invoice.
