Question. For Nesuite OneWorld, how do you actually turn it on? Apparently it's already been provisioned to us, but our account manager is implying that we are the ones who need to turn it on. I've looked all over for where to do this, and I can't find this. Is our account manager perhaps incorrect?
r
Go to setup, company, look for subsidiaries. If subsidiaries show, one world is on.
m
@Ryan Longenecker It does not show, which I think means it's not on. Is there a way to turn it on, or do I need to have the Netsuite Rep do it?
Thanks for your help by the way.
Guessing if these steps aren’t available, your rep will need to turn it on
m
Yeah, they aren't available. So I'm gonna have to talk to the rep. Thanks a ton

One world account has to be provisioned by NS. Look up setup>company>billing information for detail provisioning history

@Sam-I-Am Thanks! Yeah I'm seeing a Subsidiary Count of 1 and a Subsidiary Country Limit of 1 as well. I might need to ask them what's up.
s
that means you are on Oneworld - does your business more than one subsidiaries? You should be able to create a single subsidiary record. Note that you will need additional licenses for more than 1 subsidiary
check the sample provisioning history in the billing imformation

@Sam-I-Am Thanks! Ironically enough, nothing in the provisioning history... and our account manager just responded to us saying Sandbox (which we don't have) is required for OneWorld... so I'm thinking it got 'partially provisioned' or something funky like that.
Here's what we got so far in Billable Components. No mention of them in Provisioning History
In any case, our account manager said she'll get back to us (she was not communicating super often), so I guess I'm just waiting at this point
Thank you for your help on this.
s
No problem
That's why always check provisioning history

@Michael Pope were you able to get this figured out? I am running into the same thing.
m
@Thomas Apparently you need to talk to your account manager to do anything in this regards. Then they contact provisioning to get things going. As a heads up, the OneWorld upgrade REQUIRES you to have a Sandbox account, even if it's for a month only.

Thanks for the info. My account manager keeps saying that it is already provisioned but I am not able to see the subsidiary list. There seems to be a "turn it on" step that is missing somewhere. I'll keep at it with them, thank you!
