Is there a way to see a log of our Sandbox Refresh History (all refreshes)?

Yes, but last I checked it wasn't very intuitive. Setup > Company > View Billing Information > Component Usage
Component will be marked with:
Sandbox Refreshes Count

If you're an email hoarder like me, you could also search for all the activation emails. But never knew about @Ben Barnett's suggestion. TIL

I don’t usually get the activation emails. I USED to but at some point they stopped.

wish I could tell which SB each one was for
basically fighting w/our account rep as one refresh failed and I’ve been asking since Feb to be credited

They can be useless sometimes. I had an account rep before that didn't know they capped SB refreshes facepalm

How often do you refresh SB?

I have never worried about running out of SB refreshes, but now I do How does it work? Does the counter reset on contract renewal? Is it related to the Service Tier? 🤔

I think it resets on contract renewal, not 100% though
typically for a 3 year deal, you'd see 36 SB refreshes - they assume 1 per month

Sounds fine. Working with two SB instances I rarely refresh both on the same month, usually SB1 on month 1, SB2 on month 4 and so on. Each SB is refreshed every 6 months max, but never in the same window both of them.

I’m not worried about running out but it’s the principle of the thing
if they f*** up our refresh, I don’t want it to consume a refresh

In that case, I'd hope they could just provision a count of 1 back to your available refreshes
