Just a thought for a "solutions" channel where users can share how they solved a specific problem in NetSuite? It is broad I know but often times we see users submitting some question in different channels whose answers are lost in so many messages / deprecated due to them being old. Perhaps if we have a dedicated channel to post that solution to then perhaps users will be more encouraged to post there? Maybe it will be helpful to have 1 channel to find answers quickly for some users? Or maybe not as we will have deprecation of messages issue even in the new channel!
