The parent subsidiary is based in Canada but they want to set the currency to USD. Is there a probelm with this? Can you have a Canada subsidiary address but USD base currency? Thanks

Yes it is possible one my previous company had USD as reporting currency for their Canadian sub (primary) - main reason was for generating reports for SEC - it was a publicly traded company. Note I am based in Canada 🇨🇦
