Hi all, is there a way to find all searches that have been exported at any point of time, who exported and when in the past using any audit report/ saved search? We do see this info in the execution log of a saved search (Export Results = Yes if someone downloads the saved search results) but when I try to create a saved search of type saved search then it does not give an option of Execution Log or export results in either Criteria or results section of the saved search.

<@U2A2VHL3W> Yeah, the saved search of the saved search is what I tried but when you run it you can only see an option to export the results of the saved search that comes up in the list..you cannot find out from here how you can find for example saved search 1 was exported 2 or 3 times by person A, B, C on date 1, date 2, date3, etc...that info you can only get by going directly to the search and exdcurtion log..trying to extract this info on to the saved search of the saved search results itself

"Was Export = Yes" - no way currently to get this info out of the execution logs on to a saved search criteria or results

seems like execution log is not exposed - therefore no way to pull it :man-shrugging::skin-tone-3:

Yeah, seems like it. Most likely another enhancement but I will see what the support team says and share here.

Confirmed it’s an enhancement as per NetSuite support!
