Hi All, I have an use case where an invoice was not restated when ARM was enabled. The customer has now created a credit memo from the invoice, changed the item to use ARM directed fields, but the credit memo posted directly to revenue, no revenue records were created. Is this expected behavior?

no if the item is configured to not be dire T posting. Credit memo created from an invoice must also include the same information from the invoice and if invoice = deferred revenu your CM= deferred revenu

The item is not direct posting. However I did confirm as the invoice was created before ARM was enabled and was not restated after to inherit the ARM records, the CM would process as the invoice and also not have ARM records processed. This is a great example for ARM implementations to restate all open transactions to inherit Deferred revenue expectations going forward.
