@jen ok so if you applied the formula i sent you, it would give you Some Other Company for the customer name because that’s the whole strategy behind it. Reverse the whole string and then find the first occurence of the colon and then reverse it again. When reverse runs it puts Some Other Company in front of the string (except all the letters would be in reverse too) so now you have what you need and all that’s needed is to find the end of that string which is where the first colon after Some Other Company will be found to determine how far to get the substring from the whole string. But now Some Other Company is ynapmoC rehtO emoS so you’ll need to run the second reverse function on it to get Some Other Company.
