Hi, we have a 3rd party working on our site due to Replacement of JSass Library with Dart Sass Library changes. They rebuilt our sandbox setup and had me add DNS CNAME changes to our domain name to support the new Sandbox URL. Now, our production account has a DNS error, Sandbox is set to PRIMARY, and our Sandbox no longer looks like our current theme. This 3rd Party has been wonderful in the past so I'm not looking to replace them. I just need to know the following: Does a Sandbox URL require DNS changes? How do I set Production to Primary? And any thoughts on the theme issues would all be greatly appreciated!
