can you use line unique key to update transaction item lines via script?

Sales Order item lines have a unique key for each line. I'm wondering if there's a way to use this to update a line via script as opposed to using the line sequence number.

Yeah, I'm using it as a search field right now, to identify a line's sequence number even if it's changed. I was just curious about what else it can be used for. I'll look up findSublistLineWithValue, thanks! 🙂
