The record action and macro APIs can increase productivity by automating regular tasks that previously had to be done manually in the UI.

I will take a look at it in more detail, but from my initial review, it seemed like they don’t allow you to create ‘custom macros’ you can just use existing/standard macros for a handful of records. Perhaps my understanding is wrong.
