Guys any idea why this error is coming , please check : *Your search criteria expired. The criteria for a given search generally expire after 15 minutes of inactivity. Please return to the search definition page and re-submit your search * . I am creating a saved search in User event script and adding it as link in custom record field . Admin user is able to access it , but normal clerk user role is getting this error .

Perhaps there is a better way to handle this requirement. What is the use case? Any common linked fields to sales order?

My usecase is i created a custom record with field as link . In user event script , i am creating values for that custom record and storing it . For that link field i am creating a saved search and providing a link . When i click that link in record view (as in the attachment) , the saved search will be opened.

Have you considered joining your custom record to the sales order via a field using the transaction list? Then you could use a sublist via a single public search

Apologies, I thought you said you were creating custom records on submit of a transaction.

Is the script deployment record set with a role of Administrator?
