also, if anybody can help with this I'd greatly appreciate it - we have pacejet integrated into our netsuite and it looks like pacejet changes an item fulfillment record from 'Packed' to 'Shipped'; however, when I tried to set up an after submit user event to trigger when the item fulfillment context is 'ship', the script never fires - should I be attaching my event to something other than a user event? like a field changed client side event instead, to see when the field becomes 'shipped'?
