Think I found a new defect in 2024.1 When you add a criteria to a search for a checkbox field, the modal doesn’t close after clicking “Set” or “Cancel”. You have to click the x. Clicking “Set” does add the criteria though, and if you click “Set” again you get this error: “Please enter a value for Filter”
w
Yes, this is very annoying
j
ok so it’s not just me
👀 1
doesn’t see to happen every time, but it’s happening when editing an existing search
did this start for you with 2024.1 @wes_w?
w
Yup, a lot of UX/UI issues cropped up in this new release
of course, I can't seem to remember them off the top of my head right now
j
we just had the upgrade on the 20th so we are starting to encounter them now.
w
I always just chalk it up to NetSuite things and promptly forget about them until they happen again
j
lol
#justnetsuitethings
netsuite 2
w
lol yup

Us too. I thought it might be add-on related, but I guess it's core. Ugh.
j
shall we file a defect?

NOT IT
m
NOT...um, who else is on this thread?
IT?
j
i’ve put in a ticket
will keep yas posted
w
yay! thank you!
@jen Have you tried any saved search editing today? The 'Set' button in the modal now does nothing... Please let me know that I'm not alone in this?
j
Hi @wes_w it’s acting the same for me as before, clicking “Set” does add the criteria but does not close the modal.

@jen Could be the fact that I use Edge as my default browser

Defect 768663
though they’ve categorised it as a bug w/Employee search
when it’s not only with that, I just got it with a search of … searches
w
it has to be all of the searches, not just Employee
j
I’ve had it on transaction searches too
