Hello, are in implementation phase of NetSuite and soon our customers start using customer center. My question is in what extent is customer center customizable? We created custom customer center role and reduced permisson so they just have basic functions on viewing records and transactions. I know we can add custom tabs that will be available for that center so they can see eg. custom portlet with some form etc, right? How about having completely separate web page where customers login and they will work with they profile and data like they would be in defaul one but we can customize html and all the visual. That is not possible in NetSuite by default, right? We would need to buy something called MyAccount or something and that could allow us to customize html/css?
