Hi all, we are looking to see if there is an option for alias on Part numbers. Has anyone ever heard of doing that? We have multiple ordering platforms that want to use their part numbers instead of the manufacturers and we are looking to put all of them under one part number instead of duplicating the part numbers over and over. Unable to use vendor codes since these are ordering platforms that submit orders to us. If this is something you did or have similar experience any information would be wonderful. Thank you for providing that. However, we are mainly a dropship company. The link provided shows inventory and assembly items. Have you used it for Non-inventory items before?

You can mimic this with a custom record called Item Cross Reference that stores those customer part number associations and incorporate them into your process for validation etc.
