Anyone here an expert in Celigo? I'm trying to update the customer field mapping for the Shopify order to NetSuite cash sale standard flow from the integration app. But the standard field mapping is grayed out. We have to change it to this logic - if location subsidiary is A, then use generic customer A else if location subsidiary is B, then use generic customer B. But can't do it since the standard field mapping the customer field is not editable.

You have to reach out to Celigo support and they will change the mapping for you

I've had to do this a few times in the past and support needs to make the updates in the "Backend"

By the way, do you know if possible to access the location subsidiary?

Like look up the location record and get the subsidiary from it using Celigo?

Yes.
If location subsidiary is A, then use generic customer A else if location subsidiary is B, then use generic customer B.
This is what I have been trying to work on but have been unsuccessful unfortunately
How do you even lookup a location record?

This is something Celigo would have to do when they customize the customer lookup
You can’t add lookup steps into the integration app
