Setting up a brand new NS Environment, I have 2 Fiscal Calendars. • One will be Calendar Months so 12 base periods. • The other will be 4 week periods so 13 base periods. Added January to the Calendar Month Calendar. Trying to add Period 1 to the second calendar. With both start 01/01/2024, I'm getting getting the following error... "*Illegal period structure. Date 1/1/2024 is in multiple periods.*" Any experience or insight here is appreciated.

The accounting periods between calendars are not different. The main point of the feature is to let you re-arrange periods (used by all calendars) with differing year-ends, so you can do your Retained Earnings roll at different times for different subs based on calendar.
I understand what you're trying to do, but the accounting periods/calendars don't work that way unfortunately. I'm not sure of a way to do what you're attempting where your periods have differing dates between calendars.

Thank you. That jives with a SA article I was given by a colleague. For other readers… The base period has to be consistent across all fiscal calendars. https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/61809/loc/en_US
