Has anyone recently done a NS renewal? Has the price hiked up quite significantly for you?

Yep. Almost all of our modules are the same price, but the full user licenses are more expensive so the overall renew amount ballooned. And we lost the free Sandbox. We reduced modules, removed a dev environment, decreased the number of full and employee licenses... Even then the estimate is 13% higher this year. Still trying to get a discount or something.

Every single of one our modules has increased in price and like you, SB is getting removed. Apparently it was a complimentary item! So our increase is close to £100k with less in the package!

there's an email knocking around about sandboxes from Netsuite that says (we're Australian based, if that makes any difference)
Starting May 15th, 2024, the model for NetSuite service tier licenses is changing. The Premium, Enterprise and Ultimate NetSuite Service Tier licenses will no longer include a sandbox account. Your current service tier license, which includes one sandbox account, will not be impacted by this change. You will continue to have access to your sandbox account for the remainder of your current service tier license term.
Note: All other NetSuite service tier entitlements remain the same.
Recommended Action
When you renew your Premium, Enterprise and Ultimate NetSuite Service Tier license after May 15th, 2024, service tier licenses will no longer include a sandbox account. You have the following options
As our renewal is 31st March, that implies to me we should still have a free sandbox included until our renewal 31st March 2025. But our sales rep disagrees netsuite

Ouch, thats bad
We knew about Sandbox being removed, and our contract expiration is on July, so we were well aware of it no longer being included as a free add on. In the end we are adding it as a paid extra.
We were heavily impacted by the licence increase.

Our finance director managed to push for a small reduction. How many users with full license do you have? I can't see the justification of the 30% user license increase.
