Yeah, my next PR prepares everything to do 2 (and allow you to do 3 as well)

We're looking to automate sending out what we call stock check emails. This will be a scheduled script that runs daily and sends an email to the customer in advance of their indicated buying history checking in asking if their stock is low. Read receipts don't seem to get captured in NetSuite so I was wondering what other tracking mechanisms anyone might have used to know the email coming from NetSuite was opened.
