if all lines have isclosed = true is one way or i think you can read the status as closed ..not 100% sure what the code is fo rit
n
Perhaps I should rephrase; ¿can I detect a SO being closed in a Before/After record submit function?
c
same thing applies
n
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, because no Before/After function is executed when a SO is closed.
m
Keep in mind that the transaction status (at least in UI) will show closed if even one line is closed, if all other lines are complete
c
ah i thought you were doing something to close it.. closing doesn't fire the event as far as I know.
so checking all lines for isclosed may be the only true way
n
@creece seems so. Still, the question remains, ¿why no before/after submit function is executed when a SO is closed (the user pressed the Close Order button)?
c
its been like that for a while i think there's an enhancement request for it
n
Thank you @creece.... at least now I'm sure it wasn't my imagination
