@Ben VanderBeek One approach could be to keep an text file index.txt in the root of your sFTP to keep your file names... then your NetSuite integration download that file and you then have all your file names...

@alien4u ah good idea! it's not my SFTP server, so i'll have to ask the provider if that's something they can support. i'm trying to think of the simplest solution without introducing another server/service into the mix. unfortunately rolling my own SFTP isn't an option at the moment.

Got you, but that would be the simplest solution I would think, unless there is a fully automatic middle man service you can use as @stalbert suggested...

I hear ya Ben, adding another moving part is one more thing to worry about breaking. But as you've seen, NS support for SFTP is rudimentary
