Hi @lleclerc_zlab, I am aware of that but the saved search is not public, it is kind of weird. but do you know if there is a way to restrict a user to create a saved search from a specific record?

Admin can go over "private" and get to edits the saved search. Scripts can run as administrator and update saved searches.
