is it true that you can't load a search in SS2 using the string internal id? i.e. you can use

{ id: '1234'}

but not

{id:'customsearchid'}

?

I have been able to load search using the string id. Just did it yesterday. Had no issues

hmm, I was just getting unexpected errors trying to do that on a sandbox

Might be related to the DB upgrade, been hearing working searches suddenly getting errors or taking a long time to execute these past few weeks.

I have insanely bad performance since the DB upgrade... the funny thing is have an open Support Case where I already show them the same search timing out in Production and Working in RP and more than 20 days later I still have the same issues with multiple searches no solution...
