@errol I honestly respect your 8 years coding SuiteScript, also honestly respect you as a person and trying to help, but clearing fields only using empty string simply does not work in my tests...

same to you… was just hoping you could tell me which field type doesn’t like it as opposed to just saying “it does not work in my tests” though.. that is not helpful and the outcome is neither of us learn anything
