It just helps you automate the marking of the records and then when they are marked it'll kickoff the next one.. You're at the mercy of the "waiting period" that netsuite has no matter how you approach it. So you don't have to manually do a mass update or csv import even and then kick off a map/reduce it just does it when its free to do so.
