It should be a bit tighter than that. Our current workflow uses OzLink and the User starts an Item Fulfillment, which then transmits the info to the Shipping Software (Endicia or FexEx) which completes the shipping request and the tracking number and cost are submitted back to NetSuite and the record is saved.
