Hello! Im a bit confused regarding the Electronic Bank Payments, according to me, the client has the free bundle, but just wanted to confirm this, because the issue is that whenever I click the edit button on a template (DD) it opens on a new record with all the data from the template except the name and when i save it, it creates a new template, so I cant edit any template, not even the one I just created, if I edit that, the process repeats. Is this normal when the license is free?
