@Thai Not sure, but I think there's some kind of relationship between messages and email. When making a case, you can add a message in the ui that either posts to the case form or both posts to the form and sends an email. The only way I've considered adding a message to a case is to send an email and specify the relatedRecord as case. Just an example, but seems relevant.
