Any advice for someone who's applied for SDN twice in 2 months, with no response? (Sorry, didn't see a channel related to partnerships.)

Someone on the main NetSuite Sales phone #, said she'd make sure someone followed up, but still nothing. At this point I'd be happy with a "no, here's why" response.
