The amount of work and time that requires does not worth it... in real life you just need people doing their JOB. - You will need to make your own check print suitelet and generate the PDF yourselft. - Then figure out a way to directly print from JavaScript which is not easy to accomplish you may end up needing a proxy/man in the middle plugin/extension to send the PDF to the printer...
