I'm not familiar with Work Orders enough; can you normally add this Item to a Work Order through the UI?

Hm not sure I have any suggestions except maybe Subsidiary?

Is the Item restricted to a certain Subsidiary and the Work Order is in a different Sub?

I initialize the subsidiary classification in another function call before I start the sublist call

I wouldn't think so, but I can check into that
