Worked in NS for years. Absolutely fine with searches, reports, but the analytic workbooks are just overwhelming (probably because I never use it). Any good quick tips videos/text that y'all come across that was helpful?

Same, just seems such an over kill. They spent years building that and it's still no way near as intuitive as the other reporting tools.
