Hello, we would like to integrate Amazon FBM with our NetSuite. We are hesitating between using Celigo or the Amazon NetSuite Connector ? Do you have any inputs / comments ? thanks.

If you need any customizations or error management, NetSuite Connector sucks. Celigo is great, however, decently expensive.

before you plop down a ton of money i'd look into the cost of just writing your own. Celgio is just a pricey middle man that isn't needed for every integration. You can write your own and save a ton of money.

The only caveat with writing your own is PII which means that your "app" will need to be approved by Amazon to access customer data. Without it, you will only get the anonymized Amazon email for the customer.

In short, for a highly customized netsuite environment/product i would always go Celigo. However, we currently use the netsuite connector for amazon and after setup we have not had to think about it other than one time it had a 4 hour latency. We do a low volume of amazon sales with pretty simple products. The connector has a cheap monthly cost but dont go with their implementation team unless you want to wait -3 months for a 30 minute setup session

I concur the @Hunter Jacobs on the performance of the NS connector Amazon. I have a client who is satisfied with its performance after the issues we had with getting the app integration to access customer PII. I also agree that the NS connector is cheap compared to other middleware offerings and also with not having to wait for a NS "expert/consultant" who usually just goes through it using a script (list of steps) that you could easily figure out and get done in 30 mins. NS connector gets a bad rap overall but it has its use.
