How can we set up the equity value of Common Stock for investor contributions? Is it possible to display specific share information for each investor? We are looking for an acquisition and looking to record it in Netsuite. Is there a module or feature in Netsuite for this? Or it can only be done by building some custom solution?

Hi - I'm sure this is a request you are following up on but for confidentiality reasons putting equity amounts in NetSuite is highly unadvised. I'm a CPA/MPA with over 12 M&A deals under my belt out here in silicon valley and I would advise against it - maybe there is a reason - just thought I would give a heads up as to confidentiality concerns.

Any other process/idea you can suggest for such needs?

Generally equity is kept in a cap table or equity software separately. I think ok to mention amounts and "non employee" or non-sensitive names in the memo and or make a Journal entry and attached the detail with amounts and no names or some other non descriptive reference (ie equity system id).
