Let me ask my question more specifically. does anyone use triggerWorkflow API to trigger an addButton workflow action, which is equivalent to click on that button on the ui?

I used it where the Approvers can email their approval in a VB or PO approval workflow. The email capture plugin will trigger the Approve or Reject workflow action to move it to the next workflow State.
