Does anyone use triggerWorkflow API either in 1.0 or 2.0, I'd like to understand your use case. Thanks.

I used it where the Approvers can email their approval in a VB or PO approval workflow. The email capture plugin will trigger the Approve or Reject workflow action to move it to the next workflow State.
