We are in the process of converting from bill of materials to advanced bill of material. Has anyone run into issues with the assemblies with the Celigo integrator with Magento after the conversion?

What type of flows do you have for your assembly items? Inventory flows to Magento should be fine since the inventory is at the assembly level, but if you were somehow aggregating components to an available to build level then that would change.
