anyone using the Australian Bank Feeds suiteapp? Since 31/4/24 10am we are getting import errors every two hours of "The file could not be imported, because SISS_BALANCING_TRANSACTION is not one of the recognized bank transaction codes." Looks like a support case.

Australia Bank Feeds > Error: The file could not be imported, because SISS_BALANCING_TRANSACTION is not one of the recognised bank transaction codes According to SISS, Balancing Transactions are inserted on imports when the day's transaction data does not match the running balance provided by the bank. This should not be imported in the system nor used in bank reconciliations as the data would be replaced by actual bank transactions once they are posted. With this, the Balancing Transactions must be mapped and excluded in Australia Bank Feeds to resume import and not create any discrepancies. To resolve the error, please do the following: 1.On ABFS, navigate to Bank Transaction Codes tab 2.Set the following: Bank Transaction Code - SISS_BALANCING_TRANSACTION Description - SISS Balancing Transaction Bank Data Type - Other Credit / Debit - N/A Exclude - TRUE  3.Click Save Changes Results: The error is no longer encountered.
