we just received the 2024.1 upgrade.. in cases view has anyone experienced this quick view issue when using employees groups as assignments. I had a case with NetSuite support and they claims it is working as expected. my sandbox has been upgraded as well so I can not compare to existing functionality.. The quick view for groups shows the record type [group] is invalid.. You can click the link and view the service center record with no problem.
