Hello - I have created multiple Email Templates. The templates are for a specific employee, Ex: John, Jim & Joe. I want the template for john to be emailed when the record is tied to john and so on. I believe creating a workflow would be the best approach but how should I start? I was unable to successfully create one.

Can you just add the conditional statements on one email template to format for each current user?

I unfortunately am not great at coding.
