Workflow - Create Task From On Case Creation Looking for some help based around creating a task once a case is created. I've been able to get this to happen but when I start to add data into the Task to tie it back nothing seems to work. Fields I'm needing to be pulled from the case and populate into the task is Customer Support Case

use go to record workflow action and make sure to click open in edit mode - map the fields like below screenshot

@Sam-I-Am I'm not seeing that check box as option. Is that a feature that needs to be turned on ?
