what's the best way to get started setting up an sftp setup with iTrade?

Do you have the netsuite app (it's free) for SFTP connections? that's probably where I would start on this. It allows you to setup SFTP connections with outside resources. You may need some additional information from iTrade to get it setup if they do not have the relevant data on the iTrade documentation (like any ips/logins etc...)
