It's project related @jkabot but in the course of debugging it I noticed that potentially certain criteria was not being met and then stumbled over the fact the guy was using a Lead not a Customer and thought I'd try that route first in case it was the issue, kinda low hanging fruit 😉 In reality the message, now he's explained, relates to native netsuite functionality when using a promotion code. What I cannot explain to him is why it's not working.

Don't forget you can set up shortcuts for commands in preferences so you can do something like command + U to upload and whatnot.. no need to right click every time.
